Er was dit jaar op PaleoTime-NL wederom een live preparatie van een trilobiet uit Marokko, een Gerastos tuberculatus marocensis uit het boven-Emsian van Foum Zguid. Een ambitieuze onderneming, aangezien de trilobiet binnen één dag volledig geprepareerd moest zijn, omdat deze aan het einde van de beurs verloot werd onder de mensen die een donatie hebben gedaan voor de fossielenbeurs.
